Investing in Second Chances
Local Support
Major Impact
People returning to their communities after incarceration can face immediate barriers, including housing instability, unemployment, substance use disorders and limited access to essential services. The Wellpath Cares Foundation supports nonprofit organizations working to help individuals overcome those barriers and build healthier, more stable futures.
Through targeted grants, we help community organizations expand reentry services, reduce recidivism and improve access to substance use disorder treatment and recovery support for justice-involved individuals.
